You will need: 1300 grams of burgundy-colored yarn consisting of 50% acrylic, 50% wool, yarn length 200 meters in 100 grams, knitting needles No. 3 and No. 3.5; 8 wooden buttons with a diameter of 25 mm. 

Wrong surface: front rows - back loops, purl rows - front loops.

Assembly 
The poncho is stitched from the top, as raglan, up to a height of 32 cm. Then follow the side seams and the seams of the sleeves. 

On the upper edge of the product from the seamy side to the spokes No. 3, enter 100 loops and tie a double bar: 

1, 3, 7, 9th rows: purl loops;
