Comfortable Sweater Free Pattern

Click For Crochet Abbreviations List

The comfortable sweater model from Purl Soho is knitted with a rubber band, which is loved by many techniques from top to bottom without seams. Knitting is performed in a circle, forming a reglan, with small lateral slots, going under an inclination on the bottom edge of the front.

The description offers three versions of the length of the sleeve: wing, short and long.

Increase: It is recommended a fairly free raise from 4 to 6 inches to the grasp of the breast, so this sweater does not belong to the category of "noodles", the landing will be comfortable, but not fitting. The photo shows three sweaters in the size of 38 ½ inches with an increase of 6 inches to the real grasp of the breast model.

All measurements are shown in inches and yards. 1 inch = 2.5 cm, 1 yard = 0.9 m.

The density of knitting sweaters:

20 loops and 26 rows = 4 inches of rubber band.

For the sample of the crossed gum dial an even number of loops and knit:

Row 1 (front row): * 1 facial in Back loop wall (crossed loop), 1 purl, repeat from * to end of range.

Row 2 (Seamy range): * 1 Facial, 1 purl crossed loop, repeating from * to end of the range.

Repeat these two rows.

Notes to the description of knitting rubber sweater top-down:

The loop is set and closed with a hollow knitting. For a set of loops the crossing of threads, as it is accepted at Italians is used. And closing of loops is executed by means of a needle, again in the Italian way.

For convenient landing of a sweater in the area of a neck of a backrest the shortened numbers which raise a sprout above a neck of a shelf are executed, and as to knit shortened numbers in an elastic band that the crossed loop nicely entered in a general cloth, there is a recommendation in Description.

Shortened rows of rubber needles

The female sweater is knitted by spokes with the sleeve of a reglan and lateral seams, shaped lines of formation of which carry an aesthetic function, breaking clear scars of a gum and emphasizing a female figure.
